On the one hand I really love Rosie for Ophelia, being a model means she has a wide variety of expressions and can be both Nina & Ophelia at any given time, but you guys. Transformers 3 is so bad. I just can't. I knew it was going to be bad when I picked her but. So bad.

On the subject of pbs- do you ever just look at a person and wish you had ideas for them? That is how I feel about Olivia Williams and Louis Garrel. I just want them in my liife.

	Michael Sheen is that PB for me. He haunts me always. You should chat with Zoe and Julie and Gia re: angel-folk, just sayin'. (And I am... not a fan of the Transformers movies, but Rosie is Ophelia/Nina to me always and thus all the good things.) (Reply to this) (Thread)

I really should. I'm trying to get the dissonance of it all? It is an oddity- to avoid the grays of human morality [ANGEL] fell into a very human trait. The idea that things would be different if only he were somewhere and someone else. (I've only seen the first one. I just wanted to see bits of her moving and. She cannot act. At all. She calls a robot names.)

	We watch a lot of crap for the PBs we love, don't we? =/ Are you going to be around later? I know we have multiple time zones and lives and etc to contend with in the game, but we could always start a small e-mail string and just talk out opportunities. If it makes you feel better about the awfulness of Transformers, both faces I use at Gates are actresses on shows that got poorly reviewed and cancelled. And although I will defend UnderCovers as a show that simply needed more time to find its footing and Sofia Black D'Elia as the best thing about the admittedly awful North American Skins, I must confess, I'm completely lacking in anything remotely resembling "good taste" and am easily swayed/biased in favor of pretty faces I love.

And speaking of pretty faces I love, the two PB that I currently want to play with a fiery vengeance...

Phoebe Tonkin. And yes, I know that is painfully typical and obvious since The Secret Circle just came out and she is so glorious on it that I'm sure she's like the next It Girl PB for everyone (only slightly related: EFF EVERYONE IN THE RPWORLD I LOVED NINA DOBREV BEFORE IT WAS EVEN LEGAL AND SO WANTED TO USE HER BACK IN HER DEGRASSI DAYS BUT THERE WERE NEVER ANY ICONS AND NOW YOU CAN'T THROW A ROCK IN THE RPWORLD WITHOUT HITTING A GAME WITH A NINA-SHAPED) but I cannot help myself. She's hot. On the show she embodies the kind of ~*misunderstood*~ bad girl that is typically my characterization sweet spot. Yet, I've also seen her play a totally adorbs/sweet mermaid on H2O: Just Add Water so I can totally see her using/abusing adorbs/sweet charm to manipulate and fuck with others and female sociopaths/psychopaths are usually like MY RP BREAD AND BUTTER. And just GAHHH! Also her face taunts me with things like "Oh, Beth, you should play me as a lesbian somewhere since you know they'll make the Secret Circle character straight! You know how much you want to play a legit gay-lady again!" BUT the trouble is that at both of my two favorite places to romp around (Gates obviously and the True Blood-ish PSL I'm in) I totally already have a troubled Pretty Young Thing. So even if I ever did take this glorious face to either of those places I'd run the risk of repeating myself a bit. ;_;

AND ALSO ASHLEY MADEKWE. I've tried using her before but the PSL died. And that's tragic because COME ON LOOK AT THOSE PRECIOUS DOE EYES. Honestly, she's just as adorbs even when she's not holding a puppy (but I chose this pic on purpose because just-- GAAAAH THE CUTENESS). And the thing about me and really, really, really cute faces like this? Is that it makes me want to play them HARDCORE EVIL or just RELENTLESSLY TORTURE THEM. So clearly I'm sick and my love of Ashley Madekwe is a dangerous bad-wrong RP-torture-fetish thing that ought to be stopped.

P.S. I will always love everything Olivia Williams chooses to be. Her Dollhouse character was an incandescent goddess of HBIC-ery and this interview with Craig Ferguson is one of my favorite Late Late Show moments of all time. Is there anything I can possibly do to fan the muse-y fires and get you to bring an Olivia!shaped into Gates and my life?

Honestly, my brain-canon decided that Adelle DeWitt totally became the stonecold business lady badass she was after she and Craig Ferguson broke up because of his commitment issues-- and she started shacking up with *name redacted for spoilers* when Craig got married again after he always claimed he wouldn't.

Olivia is just brilliant in everyway. I just don't know who she'd be that would be sufficiently different from Stella in terms of voice. Clearly they'd have different lives but voice, man. Though part of me after reading your selkie app is like OMG OLIVIA AS CLINGY OVERBEARING MUM but she's dead so I am still braining.

The real tragedy of UnderCovers's cancellation is that it finally developed something of a story arc plot right when it got cancelled. (Well, I suppose the actual bigger tragedy was putting such gorgeousness as Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Boris Kodjoe out of regular tv work.)

And thank you for the compliment in my taste in pretty people. But shhhh don't encourage them. At least not until the genders balance out again and Rudo starts hanging with the Wrong Crowd.

Meanwhile as for Olivia... Hey, that's just the crack outline history. I could totally make Mum not dead. Or she could be the ghost of Mum. Or she could be his legit selkie bio-Mum for EPIC AWKWARD TURTLE REUNIONZ. Or your pestilence incarnate or Galatea ideas. Basically, what I'm saying here is PLEASE JUST BRING AN OLIVIA WILLIAMS.
